By using our services, you agree to follow the terms outlined below. Any violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of the services provided by GrowRankers.

As a Web Hosting Provider (WHP), GrowRankers offers clients the ability to access, publish, and share public and private information across the internet. We believe in transparency, our clients should clearly understand both their rights and responsibilities as well as ours.
This Network Access Policy, which supports and explains the terms of each client’s Service Agreement, is designed to help you understand your obligations in simple terms.

The internet is not limited by country borders and has its own standards of behavior and privacy. Anyone sending unsolicited emails (spam) is violating privacy and therefore breaking our policy.

No single company or person controls the internet — its open nature provides value but also demands responsibility. Clients should use good judgment when collecting or sharing information online. GrowRankers does not monitor or verify the accuracy of external content, and we are not responsible for any misleading, offensive, or harmful material found online.

Similarly, when clients share information through the internet, GrowRankers does not review or censor it. Clients are fully responsible for their own content and may face legal consequences if their material infringes copyrights, spreads false information, or harms others. Since this content travels through our systems, it can impact other users and our business reputation.

To prevent misuse, clients are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

Spamming

GrowRankers has zero tolerance for spam.
We do not allow unsolicited mass emails, whether originating from our clients or promoting websites hosted on our servers.

  • Each verified spam complaint may result in a $1000 (INR 70,000) investigation fee.

  • Clients are responsible for handling spam complaints involving their own users or customers.

  • On receiving a valid complaint from our network provider, GrowRankers may suspend your account during investigation.

  • Repeated or deliberate violations may lead to permanent termination of services.

Unsolicited commercial emails overload networks and harm the trust of internet users. GrowRankers takes strong action to prevent such activities.

If a client does not communicate for 7 days without prior notice, the project may be marked as inactive and team members may be reassigned. Restarting an inactive project will require a team reallocation fee (20%–30% of the total project cost).

All additional tasks, changes, or fixes will be handled in sprints, and invoices will be sent accordingly. Work begins only after the sprint payment is received.

Copyright Violation

Clients must respect intellectual property laws. Sharing or using copyrighted materials without permission can result in serious legal action. GrowRankers will not be held liable for copyright infringement by clients.

Distribution of Obscene or Defamatory Material

Publishing or transmitting obscene, indecent, or defamatory content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and legal action.

Unauthorized Access

Any attempt to access or interfere with another user’s account, website, or server (hacking) is illegal and will lead to immediate termination and possible prosecution.

Malware or Virus Distribution

Uploading or distributing viruses, worms, or malicious code is not allowed. Such actions can lead to civil and criminal penalties.

Export Control Violations

Clients must comply with applicable export laws, including restrictions on encryption software distribution.

Bandwidth & Utilization

GrowRankers provides fair bandwidth and storage for legitimate website use. Overuse, abuse, or unfair consumption of resources affecting others may result in account suspension or termination.

Other Prohibited Activities

Any behavior — lawful or unlawful — that harms GrowRankers, its clients, or its reputation will be treated as a violation. This includes harassment, hate speech, or attempts to damage our systems or goodwill.

GrowRankers reserves the right to remove or restrict any content or account violating these policies without prior notice.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of our services complies with the law and these terms. GrowRankers does not monitor all communications but may take necessary action if harmful or illegal activity is detected.

If a client uses our services to host other users, they must ensure their clients also follow these rules. Failure to cooperate in resolving issues may lead to service termination.

GrowRankers values online privacy and follows all legal obligations regarding data protection. However, clients should assume that online communication is not entirely secure and take necessary precautions.

We may disclose information if required by law or court order, or to protect our clients and systems.

Clients must maintain their own website backups. While we perform regular backups, we do not guarantee complete data recovery in case of server issues.

Indemnification

By using GrowRankers’ services, you agree to indemnify and hold GrowRankers harmless from any losses, damages, or claims that arise from your actions or violations of these terms.

Any attempt to harm GrowRankers’ servers or defame the company will result in permanent termination of your account without a refund and may lead to legal action.

Disclaimer

Our technical support team assists with hosting-related issues but cannot be held responsible for coding errors, software bugs, or third-party technical problems.

GrowRankers operates as a reseller for certain hosting and domain services. We do not control the data centers or networks of our providers, and therefore, we are not liable for downtime, hardware issues, or any resulting damages.

Clients are solely responsible for managing their domain names, hosting configurations, FTP details, and passwords. Any compromise due to negligence is not our responsibility.

Payments made through our website are processed by secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., PayPal). GrowRankers does not store or access sensitive financial data. All payments are subject to the respective gateway’s policies.

Only official hard copies of invoices sent by GrowRankers are considered legally valid. Soft copies or email invoices cannot be used as legal proof.

Note

Clients are not permitted to host or share downloadable commercial software, patches, or media on their websites. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of service.
