Client Background
The client is a leading healthcare group operating over 20 clinics and small hospitals across multiple U.S. cities. With a growing patient base and post-pandemic demand for virtual consultations, their existing appointment and communication systems struggled to handle scalability, compliance, and data security.
They approached Grow Rankers to build a scalable telemedicine platform that could connect patients with doctors remotely while ensuring smooth communication, automated scheduling, and regulatory adherence.
Project Scope of Telemedicine SaaS for Healthcare Network
After an in-depth consultation with the client’s management and IT department, our team envisioned a cloud-based telemedicine SaaS platform that integrates online consultations, real-time communication, e-prescriptions, and patient monitoring under one ecosystem.
The system needed to serve multiple clinics, allowing each unit to operate independently while sharing a unified database for patient records and analytics. We also planned to include AI-driven patient engagement features to enhance follow-ups and reduced missed appointments.
Our Development Approach
We began with an agile project framework divided into multiple sprints to ensure flexibility and
transparency. Our UX team designed a simple yet intuitive interface for both healthcare
providers and patients, prioritizing accessibility across devices.
Throughout development, our engineering and compliance teams worked closely with the client’s
medical board to ensure HIPAA, GDPR, and HL7 compliance. We also integrated Power BI dashboards
for real-time performance tracking and resource management across clinics.

Core Features of the Telemedicine SaaS Solution
Secure Video Consultation
Built using WebRTC and encrypted data transmission, ensuring smooth, high-quality virtual appointments without compromising security.
AI-Powered Appointment Scheduling
Automates booking based on doctor availability, patient preferences, and time-zone coordination, reducing scheduling conflicts by 45%.
Digital Prescription & Record Management
Doctors can generate and share digital prescriptions, lab reports, and diagnostic results directly within the system.
Integrated Payment Gateway
Allows patients to pay for consultations, tests, or reports securely through multiple payment modes (credit/debit, insurance, or wallet).
Analytics Dashboard
Interactive dashboards powered by Power BI offer insights into patient volume, doctor performance, and consultation outcomes.
Addressing Client Challenges
Our solution tackled all these pain points through a unified SaaS model that automated manual tasks, improved communication channels, and ensured continuous compliance.
Outcome & Results
Since the platform’s implementation, the healthcare group has witnessed significant
measurable improvements:
Additionally, the client reported a 20% growth in overall revenue within a year, largely attributed to the system’s scalability and digital payment integrations.
