We are looking for a Business Analyst – Post Sales to join our team in Jaipur. In this role, you will work with our clients after the sale is complete, making sure their requirements are understood, documented, and delivered correctly. You will act as a link between the customer and our internal teams, helping to solve problems and ensuring smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Talk with clients to understand their needs after the sale.

Document requirements and share them with the technical team.

Coordinate with different departments to deliver on time.

Help solve customer concerns and make sure they are satisfied.

Keep track of project progress and share updates with clients.
Requirements:

1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of IT/software projects is a plus.

Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
